This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research design. The researcher selected one class as the research sample and used cluster random sampling to select the research sample. Data analysis used a t-test to compare whether there are similarities and differences after normality and homogeneity tests. The results of this study showed that using the talking stick strategy affects students' speaking ability. Data analysis found that the hypothesis test has a value of 0.00 &lt;0.05, indicating that H</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">a</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> is accepted while H</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">0</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> is rejected. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 64 Buntu Ampang, Kecamatan Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I yang berjumlah 21 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Faktor yang diteliti adalah faktor proses dan faktor hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dengan menerapkan model ATIK menggunakan media loose part.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya. (2) Dalam siklus pertama, skor rata -rata untuk hasil pembelajaran siswa adalah 61,4, sedangkan dalam siklus kedua itu lebih tinggi, mencapai 88. Pada siklus pertama, ada 10 siswa atau 47,7% yang mencapai kelengkapan belajar, sementara di dalam siklus II terdapat 21 siswa atau 100% yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Namun yang menjadi permasalahan adalah, bagaimana upaya optimalisasi kompetensi professional guru dapat hingga mampu menghasilkan mutu hasil pembelajaran yang efektif dan produktif. Berdasarkan analisis kualitatif, optimalisasi kompetensi professional guru dapat dilakukan melalui dua arah termasuk pengendalian berbagai hambatannya, yakni : (1) upaya mandiri guru sebagai bentuk konsekuensi kinerja sebagai pendidik melalui berlatih dan belajar mandiri untuk pengembangan kapasitas personal; dan (2) upaya manajerial kepala sekolah sebagai bentuk konsekuensi tugas manajerial sekolah dalam proses pembinaan, pembimbingan, supervisi klinis, monitoring dan evaluasi serta penilaian kinerja guru melalui stratgi sistem manajerial yang optimal. This type of research is quantitative experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. Quantitative research is research that is based on calculating statistical figures in its findings. The population in this study were all class VII students with a total of 188 students with the sample for this research being VII-D with 30 students determined using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. After conducting research for pretest and posttest experiments using Powtoon media, the average score for the pretest class was 54.53 with a variance of 151.29 and the posttest class average was 69.86 with a variance of 217.26. The pre-test and post-test data prerequisite test results stated that the sample had a normal and homogeneous distribution. From the results of testing the research hypothesis, a "t" test was carried out at a significant level of α= 0.05, obtained Tcount &gt; Ttable = (4.31 &gt; 2.045). Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles carried out in four meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were 6 class V students of UPTD SDN 171 Barru, consisting of 2 boys and 3 girls. The research results showed that in cycle I, out of 5 students, only 3 students or (40%) students achieved learning completeness that met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) applied at this school is 70. Classically it has not been met because the average score obtained was 68 in the medium category. Meanwhile, in cycle II, out of 5 students, 5 students or (100%) students achieved learning completeness that met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) applied at this school is 70 and classically it has been met, namely the average score obtained is 85 or is in the very high category. The research method used in this research is using a representative qualitative research approach. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The topic of the research paper is the learning of class X students of SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Miles and Huberman interactive model analysis technique was used for data analysis. The results show that the application of behaviorism theory shows that students can build knowledge based on their experiences that are reflected in their personal behavior. Teachers, departments and of course school support are responsible for the implementation of learning activities. This learning is done in an interesting, challenging and fun way. This research used a quantitative approach and pre-experimental method to implement pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Through random sampling technique the researcher selected nursing b class consisting of 25 students as the sample. The researcher used the normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test to manage the pre-test and post-test data. This research results indicate an effect of authentic podcast media on students' speaking performance. Data analysis showed that the detected data was normal and homogeneous. The hypothesis test result using the paired sample t-test was smaller than 0.05, showing that Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. Ha claimed that authentic podcast media affects students' speaking performance at the SMK Kesehatan Kaltara. The influences of using authentic media in speaking contributed to the effect on teachers and students. Teachers used authentic podcast media as additional tools to create new designs in the teaching and learning process. The main problem in this study is that students lack confidence in solving math problems, students tend to be passive in the learning process, pay less attention to the teacher's explanation and math learning outcomes are still low. This study aims to improve math learning outcomes of multiplication material through peach game media for class II B UPT SPF Inpres Andi Tonro students. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were class II B UPT SPF Inpres Andi Tonro students totaling 22 students. This research consists of two cycles, each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments in this study include observation sheets, and learning outcomes tests. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study using peach game media in learning math multiplication material can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class II B UPT SPF Inpres Andi Tonro students as evidenced by an increase in student learning activities student learning activeness in cycle I of 48.86% increased in cycle II by 75.54% while the expected target was reached 55%. The increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average value of student learning outcomes of 60.91, then in cycle II obtained an average value of student learning outcomes of 84.54. Students' mathematics learning completeness also increased, in cycle I there were 9 students or 40.91%, while in cycle II there were 18 students or 81.81% classical completeness was achieved classically because the number of students who completed more than 80%. This study aims to describe the effect of alphabet card media on the interest in learning to read and write first grade students of SD Inpres Kampung Mejang, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a pre-experimental research that aims to determine the effect of alphabet card media on students' interest in learning to read and write in grade I SD Inpres Kampung Mejang Gowa Regency. The sample in this study were 20 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning outcomes tests in the form of pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential data analysis. As for after being given treatment, students have a feeling of pleasure learning in class, interest in reading and writing, paying attention to the teacher and being actively involved in learning by using alphabet card learning media so that students' learning interest is fulfilled as expected in the application of this learning media. It can be proven from the average score of the pretest before being given treatment obtained 69.25 in the low category and the average score on the posttest was 76.55 in the high category. Penelitian ini menerapkan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan dukungan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Kontekstual pada Materi Barisan dan Deret untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Melalui penelitian tindakan kelas di SMK N 07 Semarang, hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pencapaian siswa. Dari hanya 22,2% siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimal sebelumnya, peningkatan pesat terjadi setelah menerapkan PBL dengan LKPD, mencapai 86,1% pada siklus kedua. Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi besar model pembelajaran tersebut dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain <em>Two Group Post Test Only Control Design</em>. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kelas XI berjumlah 378 Siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yaitu sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Setelah dilakukan penelitian untuk ekperimen pada kelas kontrol dan eksperimen dengan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi bermodel <em>Project Based Learning</em>, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol 66.70 dengan simpangan baku 10,72 dan nilai kelas eksperimen rata-rata 79,85 dengan simpangan baku 8,74. Hasil uji prasyarat data kelas kontrol dan eksperimen menyatakan sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen. This research aims to improve poetry writing skills by using acrostic cards in class IV students of Madrsah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 1 Jeneponto.</p> <p> This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of 2 cycles where each cycle is carried out in 4 meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were 15 class IV students of Madrsah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 1 Jeneponto.</p> <p> The results of the research showed that in cycle I, of the 15 students who completed it individually, only 7 students met the minimum completion criteria of KKM 70 or were in the very low category. Classically it has not been fulfilled because the average score obtained was 46.6%, whereas in cycle II where out of 15 students there were 12 people who had fulfilled the KKM 70 and classically it had been fulfilled, namely the average score obtained was 80% or was in the category tall.</p> <p> Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded the results of the poetry writing skills of class IV students of Madrsah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 1 Jeneponto. through the use of acrostic cartoons has increased.</p> ST. This research focuses on examining the development of strategic management in an effort to increase teacher professional competence. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Pre-Eksperimental Desings. Desain penelitian <em>One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. </em>Dalam penelitian ini hasil perlakuan dapat diketahui lebih akurat. karena dapat membandingkan dengan keadaan sebelum diberi perlakuan (<em>treatment</em>).. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV berjumlah 23 siswa di SDN No. 196 Inpres Bontomajannang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes hasil belajar.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik pada nilai pretest diperoleh 59,57. Namun setelah menggunakan model <em>index card match</em> diperoleh 80,65 pada nilai posttest. Rata-rata nilai siswa kelas IV berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Selanjutnnya diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis pada <em>Sig (2.Tailed)</em> yaitu 0,007 artinya H<sub>0 </sub>ditolak H₁ diterima karena <em>Sig (2.Tailed)</em>&lt; α atau (0,01&lt; 0,00). H<sub>1 </sub>diterima karena <em>Sig (Tailed)</em>&gt; α atau (1,411&gt; 0,01) dengan hasil analisis uji T, <em>Sig</em>&lt; t<sub>tabel </sub>atau (073&lt;0,00), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H<sub>0 </sub>ditolak dan H<sub>1 </sub>diterima. This type of experimental research with a quantitative approach uses a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test control group design. There were 30 research subjects aged 5-6 years with 15 students each from class B1 (Experimental class) and class B2 (Control class). Data collection methods are by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the independent sample t test technique. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the results show that there is an influence of the scientific learning model on creativity. This can be seen from the t test that has been carried out, the result is t = 24.509 &gt; t table = 0.688 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, then it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.
