PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NATURE BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS DESKRIPSI

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya fakta lapangan menunjukkan rendahnya keterampilan mahasiswa dalam kemampuan menulis deskripsi dan juga kurangnya kreativitas seorang tenaga pengajar khususnya guru dan dosen dalam memilih model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengajarkan keterampilan dalam menulis. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran nature based learning (NBL) terhadap kemampuan menulis teks deskripsi mahasiswa PGSD UMGo Angkatan ke 7 dengan menggunakan desain implementasi nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design pada subjek penelitian yakni mahasiswa semester pertama PGSD angkatan ke 7. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes karangan deskripsi dengan konsep alam lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa implementasi model ajar berbasis nature based learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis teks deskripsi yang mana berada pada tingkat penguasaan indikator tulisan organisasi dan keefektifan penggunaan kalimat.
